Elsewhere in town, the [Community Diagnostics Centre in Eastfield](https://www.thisisthecoast.co.uk/news/local-news/no-date-for-delayed-opening-of-scarborough-nhs-diagnostics-centre/?ref=scarboroughinsider.co.uk) still has no opening date. It was built to offer scans and X-rays by April. Its water and ventilation systems failed during commissioning. The building is there; it just doesn't function yet.
